1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free return. Please contact us with clear images of the issue so we can process your request quickly.

3. Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons such as a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in original condition
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned without prior approval

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist you during this process where possible.
